"File Read Error" GROKSTER HELP!!

Everytime i start grokster there's a message saying "file read error". When i download something, the number of songs in the folder remains the same. To view my downloads, i have to open a new window and go to MY GROKSTER folder. Also when i try to delete a song, nothing happens the song does not go away...Can anyone please tell me how to fix this? Appreciate any help!

I'm having this same problem with KazaaLite.
I've had to go and delete mp3 files from the my kazaa list, then delete the files through run from the folders, then use notepad and REMAKE the files with extension (using all files), then delete them AGAIN from the my kazaa list for them to not be listed anymore...
Its a real pain... anyone know how to fix this?

"File Read Error" GROKSTER HELP!!
I am trying to install Grokster after having kaszz on my system.
None of the grokster software will download. I receive an error "26".
I remember once before that I had to delete a history file to remove a block that kazaa installs.
Can you tell me where the history file is held?

"Error 26" GROKSTER Installation Help ! !
Every time I attempt to install Grokster, I receive the following message: "Error 26 - Could not communicate with the network server."
AND, I cannot access Grokster's web site with ANY browser on my computer. This is STRANGE. I was using Kazaa Lite, but I uninstalled it, and deleted all history and temporary internet files. Can someone please tell me how to install Grokster, or at least access their web-site so I can get their assistance. Please feel free to email me at crained@bellsouth.net.

why do you want to install spyware on you system don't you know that the bundled third party software collects informayion from your computer and sends it to whomever? Aren't you aware that virus and trojan writers target users of this stuf because it's easy to gain access and the users who do use the junk probably don't have up to date anti virus dats if they have a virus scanner at all or know how to use their firewall if they have one? Error 26? maybe something to do with real (bad) player.
Email you. 1) giving your email address in a forum only gives it to spammers who scan message boards 2if anyone emails you, because you use spyware, their email address will be on your system and therefore communicated to whomever for spam or viruses so no thanx.
