Am now scanning every day with Ad-aware 6. And it keeps picking up this one thing all the time. Ad-aware classes it as:

Vendor: Tracking Cookie
Type: File
Catagory: Data Miner
Object: c:\documents and settings/nash/cookies\nash@promo.match[2].txt

I can delete this, and it will reapear 10mins later if I do another scan. It's not really a problem, just more of an anoyance. Any way to stop it from reoccouring?
