Well the guys at MicroSoft don't seem to understand that when 100,000,000 users have to spend even one hour fixing the same problem that is 100 million hours of wasted time. Even at minimum wage that amounts to half a billion dollars. That's for just one problem that takes one hour to fix. If only it were that simple.
